Our Cuisine

We recover traditional recipes with Catalan roots that we prepare with different techniques and give them a personal touch. At Bodega Tomàs Original, the wine cellar, we cook classic Mediterranean dishes that we adapt to the most modern palate using Asian and Latin American influences to achieve unique flavors. Modern dishes to share.

In the Masia Can Tomàs, the farmhouse, you will find chup chup dishes, grilled and open rice dishes. In addition to being able to enjoy seasonal produce such as onions, artichokes, snails, mushrooms … farmers bring us friends or buy fresh from the market.

In “La bodega” we find from dishes like the head and leg of father Miquel or patatas bravas with mortar aioli, to the lacquered ribs with hoisin sauce or fish and chips of turbot that transport us to other continents, but always with recipes with a Mediterranean base.

At La Masía, the protagonists are the grilled dishes, with the flavor of fire, where the product is the star. The rice dishes made in the open kitchen are also a success, as well as the recipes with seasonal products such as calçots, snails, mushrooms, escudilla, etc.

We never forget the origins, the land, the importance of a good bread with tomato, the taste.

We are market people. We change the menu weekly to offer improvised recipes made with local and seasonal products. Kid’s shoulder roasted at low temperature in 12 hours or Balfegó bull sashimi, seaweed, ginger and all-i-oli are some examples of dishes that you can find in our off menu.

For those who like to finish with a sweet taste in the mouth, we propose a menu of the ‘most desired’ that surprises with homemade desserts, such as pannetone torrija with Catalan cream or other lighter ones such as vegetable and citrus sorbet.
